LOW COST VEGAN MEAL PREP 16 MEALS – ALL INGREDIENTS COST £15.00/$20.00

This is the 6th episode in season 5. It’s January & we are all trying to save on costs so I decided to put together a low cost meal prep. 4 meals per day for 4 days. All the ingredients in total cost me £14.55 from a well known UK supermarket. This is great for students & any one who wants to try out veganuary.
I make Chia Seed Berry Pudding for breakfast, Pea & Broccoli Soup for Lunch, Falafel Burger & Cous Cous with Mint dip for dinner then Buckwheat Pancakes for dessert.
Store the meals in the fridge in sealed containers. Warm up in your microwave.
