Try making your own nourishing almond milk to use
in a variety of recipes!Almonds are rich in biotin,
manganese, copper, and vitamin B2. They are also a
good source of fiber for promoting good digestion.

500 ml Almonds
 500 ml Alkaline Water
 ½ Pear
 2.54 cm Fresh Turmeric
or Ginger Root (optional)

Soak the almonds in water overnight.
Remove the water. Using a soup ladle, add
equal parts of almonds with alkaline water
to juicer. Process until smooth.
