It’s time for another what we eat in a day video as a vegan couple 🙂 We were home most of this day so we were able to cook all of our meals. Recipes below, we hope you enjoy!

⋇ Hey Babe Cheese:
⋇ Vegan Miso Soup Recipe:

⋇ Garlic Fried Rice Recipe (coming to our blog soon):
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
8-12 cloves garlic, finely minced (the more the better)
4 cups cooked rice, cooled and dry (best if at least a day old)
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash fresh ground pepper
1 green onion, thinly sliced (for garnish)

1. In a medium pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and the garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant but not browned.
2. Add in the brown rice and fry for 3-5 minutes more.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste + garnish with green onions.
Note: If you would like, you can remove 1/4 of the garlic after cooking and then add it on top of the rice when serving.
