Vegan Burger Ingredients

1 TBSP ground flax seed mixed with 3 TBSP water
1 cup cannellini beans
1 cup pumpkin puree
jalapeños, chopped
1 chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 TBSP oil
1.5 cups rolled oats
1 ripe avocado

Whisk ground flax with water – in the fridge to set
semi mash beans
Add your pumpkin, chopped chipotle peppers, garlic, and onion to the beans and season with your Italian seasoning blend, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes, then stir to coat.
Leave oats whole for texture’s and chop — stir in oil — add flaxseed mix — add all to bowl
divide into 4
plate, cover and refrigerate 15-30 minutes to chill or overnight
Pan medium-high – to sizzle
Cook until golden

Vegan Mayo Ingredients

60 ml chickpea water
1/2 tsp ground mustard
1/2 tsp sea salt
1.5 tsp apple cider vinegar
15 ml maple syrup
300-350 ml sunflower oil
