Today I am going to show you a day in my life. I am going to show you What I Eat In a Day when Im shooting videos. The easy and cheap vegan meals I’m featuring include: a Peanut Butter and Jam Smoothie, Vegan Thai Fried Rice, and Mushroom Fajitas.

Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie:
2 cups almond milk
1 cup raspberries
1/2 cup mango
2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp ground flax
3 tbsp peanut butter

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Buy glass straws:

Thai-Inspired Fried Rice:
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 carrots, cut into half moons
1 tsp grated ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
2 heads broccoli
2 red peppers, chopped
2 cups cook
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp sesame oil
Roughly 1 cup leftover Thai Basil Beef from my cookbook
Sesame seeds, to garnish
Add chilies if you like heat!
