my shopping trip usually averages from $20-30 for the week (but it would probably be less because my grocery store overcharges for produce lol)
here’s the recipes for the two meals I made at the end of the video using the ingredients I had prepped:
strawberries and blueberries
mixed nuts with raisins
*i forgot to add quinoa
dressing = half a lemon + tbsp of olive oil + salt and pepper
reheat prepared onions and peppers
crumble 1/3 block tofu
add whatever spices you’d like
cook until tofu is brown
add in spinach at the end and cook
serve with sriracha 🙂
