Ingredients to make Morning Green Juice :-

1 glass Luke warm water
1 tsp moringa leaves powder / 3-4 sprigs of moringa (Sahjan)/ drumstick Leaves
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp roasted Cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp mint Leaves powder ( 12-14 fresh leaves)
1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon powder
1 tsp raw honey (optional)

Method to make Morning green juice to lose weight:-

In a glass add 1 tsp of moringa powder / Sahjan ( if you have access to fresh moringa leaves take 4-5 tiny sprigs of moringa) also known as drumstick Leaves.
Add 1 glass Lukewarm water on top.
Add 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp Cumin powder, 1/2 mint powder ( if you have fresh leaves add 12-14 small leaves)
Add 1/4 tsp ( or a pinch) cinnamon ( very good for winters, optional) & 1 tsp raw honey ( optional)
Stir everything well for some time & consume immediately.
