Meal Preparation
A protein packed Vegan High Protein Meal Prep to make it easy to be vegan on the go. This meal prep includes: Sweet potato, Quinoa, vegan chilli and a kale and lime salad. Really easy to make and time saving.

Full list of ingredients:

Sweet potatoes:
4 small sweet potatoes
Olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic salt
2 teaspoons thyme

Chilli:
500g grain mince
600g passata
1 diced white onion
1 diced red onion
1 diced red pepper
3 tablespoons bbq sauce
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons garlic puree
1 tablespoon chilli puree
2 teaspoons smoked paprika

Kale :
150g Kale
1 lime

Quinoa:
1.5 cups quinoa + 3 cups of water
salt
