2lb collard greens (chopped and de-stemmed)
1 yellow onion
4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp red crushed pepper flakes
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp liquid smoke***video says 1/4 I used 1/2
1 tsp salt

Candy Yams:
6 medium Yams
1 cup vegan butter
3/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp fresh grated ginger (sub ground ginger if you don’t have fresh)
1 tbl pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

BBQ “Boneless” Bites:
2 head cauliflower (chopped into bite size pieces)

Batter ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk (any plant milk will do)
1 3/4 cups oat flour (any flour will do)
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
pinch of pepper
bbq sauce that you prefer

Mac & Cheese:
1 small potato (chopped about 1 cup)
1/4 cup carrot (chopped)
1/2 yellow onion (diced)
6 cloves of garlic (smashed with knife)
1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked in hot water for 10-15min)
2 cup unsweetened cashew milk
2 tbl tapioca starch (arrowroot or corn starch is fine too)
3 tbl nutrional yeast
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/2 cup vegan cheddar cheese (optional: add extra before baking)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 thyme
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 crushed red pepper
1 tbl vegan butter
1 tbl lemon juice
1 tsp salt (more if needed)
