I’m not even sure that I’m allowed to call this a meal prep. Ingredient prep, maybe? Here’s the thing, I tried the whole meal prep thing and got bored of eating the SAME EXACT MEAL every day of the week. I’m a girl who loves variety. I actually enjoy the process of cooking and appreciate freshly cooked meals on a daily basis. This meal prep just makes it easier for me to do so. In this meal prep, I make/cook the following: cashew mylk, rawnola, frozen bananas, veggie burgers, steamed potatoes, and quinoa.
A plant-based diet is a diet consisting mostly or entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits, and with few or no animal products.
