Qatayef Recipe
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup semolina
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tbsp baking powder
1.5 cups of soy milk
Add more water if needed
Rose water and maple syrup for the syrup on top

كوب و نسف حليب صويا
نزيد ماء في حال احتاج العجين
شراب القيقب او دبس التمر مع ماء ورد لشيرة
