2 cups of soy milk
2 tbsp of chia seeds
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
2tbsp of cacao powder
chopped strawberries and peanut butter for topojng
Pea & Chickpea Cakes:
Ingredients:
2 cups of frozen peas
1 1.2 cup of chickpea flour
1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
1 tsp of bicarbonate of soda
1 white onion
2 garlic cloves
a small handful of fresh herbs
salt and pepper to taste
Beetroot Hummus:
Ingredients:
1 can of chickpeas or cannellini beans
1 garlic clove
the juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup of tahini
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil or water
Sweet Potato Dahl:
Ingredients:
1 cup of red lentils
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 sweet potato
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of cumin powder
1/3 cup of creamed coconut or coconut ceream
Simple quinoa:
1 cup of quinoa + 2 cups of water
