Try making this juice at home! Its so much better than store bought. The amount of fruit makes it very palatable for anyone that is new to green juicing (Level 1), it will help your palate get used to green juices.
You can switch up the fruit for whatever is in season or whatever you like. Over time, try adding less and less fruit. Change it up and see what you like!
Healing Green Juice – Level 1 Recipe
Makes about 40oz
1 bunch kale
1/2 bunch celery
1 inch piece ginger
1 piece turmeric

• Try to Eliminate as much refined (like white flour/white rice/white sugar), processed, deep-fried, fast food, artificial sweeteners, microwaved, sugary foods from your diet as possible.
