1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 bay leaf
1 black cardamom
2 green cardamom pods
5 cloves
2 medium size onion, blended
1 cup of fresh tomato puree
1 tsp of ground coriander
1/2 tsp of ground tirmeric
1/2 tsp of ground cumin
1 tsp of ground red chilli
1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper
2 tsp of chole masala
salt to taste
some chopped coriander leaves
