4 HEALTHY JUICE recipes! (for energy, weight loss, better sleep & stress)

Hi lovely people!

Today I want to share with you my TOP 4 favorite juice recipes. They are all very nutritious and delicious. So If you have a juicer, please give them a try! 🙂

Juicer I use:

MORNING SHOT [helps to wake up the body and digestion. I’d advise drinking this 30 minutes before breakfast]
1 lemon (peeled)
5cm piece of fresh peeled ginger
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

RASPBERRY KICK [amazing juice after a workout as supports weight loss and helps with muscle pains]
a handful of raspberries
1/4 lemon (peeled)
a slice of red chili
2 apples

TROPICAL CRUSH [a very tasty sweet juice that supports your immune system and reduces stress]
2 slices pineapple
2 pears
2,5 cm piece fresh peeled ginger

GREEN JUICE [rich in magnesium, which helps with better sleep]
1 and a half celery sticks
a handful of kale
a handful of spinach
1 apple
a small bunch of parsley
1/2 lemon (peeled)
