Meal Preparation
Here’s the high protein meal prep!

If you’re just starting to go to the gym or if you’re looking to up your protein intake, def give this a try. So I, my self am looking for ways to be stronger physically so i thought, why not try upping my protein intake? This meal prep really helped me with energy levels in general. Especially with my work outs! (gym, teaching yoga, etc)

Really enjoyed doing this one i hope you try it too! So summer is just around the corner here in the Philippines which mean s beach season!!! Don’t buy into the weight loss crash diet meal plans. EAT FOR A HEALTHIER BODY!!!

Here’s everything you will need:
or you can also consider this your grocery list

Breakfast and Snacks:
3 apples
3 oranges
rolled oats
chia seeds
soy milk

Side dishes:
black rice or any rice
frozen spinach
frozen mixed veggies
1 head cabbage

Main Dishes:
1 can mushroom
1 can chickpeas
1 can coconut milk
1 1/2 cup lentils/ split peas
2 onions
6 to 8 pcs garlic
1 inch(?) ginger

Spices:
1 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp garam masala
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1tsp cumin
