800 g / 28 oz firm or extra firm tofu or
1500 g / 3.3 lbs cooked chickpeas

250 g broccoli
2 onions
4 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp ginger

2 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp ground cumin
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp turmeric
0.5 tsp cardamom
2 bay leafs

800 g / 28 oz crushed tomatoes
5 dl / 2 cups plant based cream
2.5 dl / 1 cups water

2 limes
sesame seeds
oil for frying

400 g broccoli
2 lökar
4 vitlöksklyftor
3 msk ingefära

2 msk garam masala
2 msk curry
1 msk spiskummin
2 tsk chilipulver
2 tsk gurkmeja
0.5 tsk kardemumma
2 lagerblad

800 g krossade tomater
5 dl kokosmjölk eller vegetabilisk grädde
2.5 dl vatten

2 lime
sesamfrön
