Pumpkin Spice Chia Seed Pudding //
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tbs unsalted almond butter
2-4 tbs canned pumpkin
1 tsp vanilla extract
dash of cinnamon

coconut creme
crushed walnuts
agave or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

Gut-Healing Superfood Salad //
handful of greens (I used spinach, kale + arugula)
lemon juice (massage the greens)
raw sauerkraut
pumpkin seeds
hemp hearts
pomegranate seeds

1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tbs coconut aminos
1/2 lemon juiced
1 tbs cashew butter
1 tbs sesame tahini
1 tsp minced garlic
himalayan sea salt
1 tbs nutritional yeast
water (as needed)
