BROWN RICE SUSHI BOWL
2,5 cups or 500gr dry brown rice
1 cucumber
3 peppers
5 medium-sized or 500gr carrots
5 nori sheets

5 Tbsp vinegar
5 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp agave nectar
2 tsp wasabi paste (or more)

RED LENTIL SUMMER SOUP
2,5 cup / 450gr dry red lentils
2 medium-sized onions
4-6 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp dried rosemary
1 Tbsp dried thyme
1 Tbsp Vecon vegetable stock
3 litres water

660gr cherry tomatoes
250gr (frozen) chopped spinach
juice of 1 lemon

HAZELNUT CRISP BARS
150gr pitted dates
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 hazelnut butter
1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup buckwheat groats
Pinch salt
50gr dark chocolate

STRAWBERRY-CARAMEL OATS
1 cup or 100gr oats
1 cup or 250ml soy milk
4 small dates
handful of strawberries
Optional: 10 stevia drops or 1 tsp brown sugar
