Meal prep for the week with me, vegan style! I’ll show you how I made healthy, simple, delicious vegan lunches. Please note that I was preparing meals for two so the portions should be adjusted if you are only preparing food for yourself.

RECIPES:
1. Couscous & Tempeh Bowls
2. Veggie Quinoa Wraps
3. Tomatoe & Avocado Sandwiches

Ingredients used in total:
couscous, tempeh, quinoa, yellow zuccini, red bell pepper, avocado, tomatoe, shredded carrots, sprouts, onion, celery, mushrooms of choice, iceberg lettuce, spinach, pine nuts, hummus, mustard, olive oil, tortilla wraps, slices of bread, seasoning.
