Join me as I take you through my weekly vegetarian meal prep! I roast a bunch of veggies: Brussel sprouts, Snap Peas & Sweet Potato. As an FYI, I roasted the Brussel sprouts and snap peas for about 20 min at 400 Celsius and the sweet potato for 30 min. I also prep my chickpeas, rice, chia pudding and green smoothies. I made this video to show you guys the whole process and to keep myself accountable. What do you do to meal prep every week? Anyone have any other ideas I could try?
