Kale & White Navy Bean Falafel Recipe (Grain-free & Vegan) | How to make Falafel


1 cup dry white navy beans
Water (to soak the beans)

(Soak the beans overnight or for 12 – 24 hours)

4 cups kale (roughly chopped & firmly packed)
1 cup parsley (roughly chopped & firmly packed)
1/2 cup onion (roughly chopped)
4 – 5 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped)
1 Inch ginger (roughly chopped)
1+1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1 +1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper (OPTIONAL)
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 tablespoon Lemon juice
1/4 cup cornstarch
