Welcome Back!

We’re back in the kitchen this Sunday whipping up some meal prep for the week. Prepping my meals for the week gives me so much more time to focus on more important things than what to have for lunch everyday and using over half the lunch break to make or go spend money on food.

This week we had burrito bowls, falafel bowls, minestrone soup and egg cups. Watch to get the recipes and try them for yourselves!
