Today, we are going to makes MOMOS! My personal favourite and everyone I know love it. It works as a snack, as a starter and if you eat as many as I do in one sitting, then it could be a meal too!

For my version of veggie momos you will need!

Dough:
Maida/Atta – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 2-3 tbsp
Water – 2-3 tbsp

Stuffing:
Veggies (carrot, cabbage, beans) – 2 cups
Onion – 1/2
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Green cilli – 1/2
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt & pepper – as required
Soya sauce – 1 tbsp

Sauce:
Oil – 2tbsp
Ketchup – 4-5 tbsp (I used sweet and spicy)
Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1/2
Ginger – 1/2 inch
Garlic – 2-3 cloves
Salt as required
