*approximate measurements! I do it by eye and it turns out fine every time
-1 mashed banana
-1 tbsp flax
-cashew milk (around 1 cup, add more/less based on consistency – these should be pretty thick!)
-1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
-1 1/2 cup rolled outs blended to oat flour (mix in whole flour or buckwheat flour for fluffier consistency)
-1/2 tbsp cinnamon
-1 scoop plant protein powder (I use Care/Of Vanilla)

-chickpeas (1 can)
-dill
-adobo
-black pepper
-avo (or vegan mayo)
