My New Plant Based Vegan Lifestyle – Week 15 – My Journey to the Fountain of Youth

So we always ate organic and healthy, but we saw the movie, “The Game Changers,” and decided to give the plant based diet (vegan) a chance! It appears that elite athletes are moving away from animal products and towards plant based diets in order to have more energy and strength. I recommend everyone watch the movie!

So we are trying this diet for at least a month to see how it affects cholesterol and inflammation levels (yes we took blood tests) and will update you every week on what we are doing. This is week 15!
