Looking for easy vegan meal prep for the school or work week? In this video I got you covered. They’re also healthy recipes to help with weightloss as well.

Thai peanut sauce
*********************
1/2 cup raw or roasted unsalted peanuts
3 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS rice vinegar
1 TBS sriracha
1 TBS grated ginger
small piece of lime (no rind)
2 tsp chilii garlic sauce or 3 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced garlic ( omit if you are adding 3 tsp minced garlic)
1/2 cup water and blend.( I used high speed blender)

Teriyaki tofu

Slice peppers & onions add salt & pepper cook in skillet set asdie.
Chop up super firm tofu season with garlic powder & pepper cook in skillet until browned on each side. Add peppers and onions with 1 tsp minced garlic. Turn off flame. Then add a little teriyaki sauce I used panda express brand. About 4 TBS then add 1 TBS sriracha. Serve with rice and veggies. I chose broccoli.
