If your goal is to build a healthy strong body, what you eat daily will play a HUGE role. Here’s what I eat in a day, and today this vegan recipe is made by my mother. Who said vegan food doesn’t taste DELICIOUS! My mom has been vegan as along as I’ve been alive and she has a ton of vegan meal ideas that you all can follow. At 60 (61 next week) my mom is in incredible shape. She cooked ALL my meals growing up and that was my way of eating until I ate meat for the first time at 16, I have since returned to my plant based eating habits and I do not regret it. I feel GREAT! Fit over 60 is the goal and my parents prove it’s more than possible!
