A pretty common concern is how to get nutrients on a whole plant food vegan diet. Turns out it is pretty simple, just eat a balanced diet of whole non-starchy vegetables, fruit, lots of whole starches, and include some nuts and seeds too. If you avoid any of these categories then it might make sense to supplement just in case. I’ll talk through the whole list here.
