I’m back | MEAL PREP WITH ME (VEGAN)

In today’s meal prep session I show you how to make pumpkin spiced baked oats, a super creamy cashew, basil cheese sauce and my sauté mix hack! It’s all about being prepared! 😀

RECIPE NOTES:
– You can also freeze the sauté mix, if you want to skip the oil. It works perfectly.
– Bake the oats for 25 min by 180 degree or 356 Fahrenheit. Make the fork test to see if they are done. If the batter doesn’t stick to the fork, the baked oats are ready!
– I made the pumpkin spice myself, if you want to give it a try as well mix the following spices:
* 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
* 1/4 tsp. ground clove
* 1/4 tsp. ground cardamon
* 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
* Pinch of nutmeg
