500 g dates
100 ml water
150 g peanut butter
200 g dark chocolate (melted)
Cook dates with water until it absorbes and they become soft. Process them together with the rest of the ingredients until smooth, place in a brownie tray (6”) and even the mixture out. Decorate with sea salt flakes and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Cut in squares and done!
